Claim classes separate product identity, documented capability, declared policy signals, /check audit results, runtime crawler compliance, independent evaluation and observed proof.

The separation prevents a valid official product statement from being misused as proof of reputation, crawler obedience, legal compliance, ranking, citation or future behavior.
