# Situational applicability specification

This proposed profile defines the minimal structure of a Better Robots.txt SAL chain.

Required fields include `linkedCausalContextId`, `applicableCapability`, `activationConditions`, `nonApplicabilityConditions`, `requiredEvidence`, `forbiddenInferences`, `applicabilityAbuseBoundaries`, `riskClass` and `domain`.

A valid SAL chain must declare why the capability applies, when it does not apply, and what an agent must not infer.
