Installation

Install from WordPress.org

1. Go to Plugins → Add New
2. Search for Better Robots.txt
3. Install and activate the plugin
4. Open the Better Robots.txt screen in WordPress
5. Choose a preset and continue through the wizard

First verification

After saving:

• check https://yoursite.com/robots.txt
• check https://yoursite.com/llms.txt if you enabled it
• confirm sitemap lines and expected crawler rules

Important notes

• A physical robots.txt file may override the virtual output
• The final preview is shown in Review & Save
• Plan availability matters for some modules, so use Pricing when in doubt
